Carolyn says:
- Drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up to rehydrate your cells.
- Put your phone (or old school alarm clock :)) across the room.
- Do some stretching.
- Use a minty toothpaste, first thing!
Becca says:
- Don’t press SNOOZE.
- Don’t look at screens before bed.
- Try to go to sleep 1/2 hour earlier than normal.
- Aim for a ninety minute sleep cycle.
