Felicity writes, “Dear Panty Kickers, I am struggling with daylight savings time, can you give me some tips on how to WAKE UP?!”

Carolyn says:

  1. Drink a big glass of water as soon as you wake up to rehydrate your cells.
  2. Put your phone (or old school alarm clock :)) across the room.
  3. Do some stretching.
  4. Use a minty toothpaste, first thing!

Becca says:

  1. Don’t press SNOOZE.
  2. Don’t look at screens before bed.
  3. Try to go to sleep 1/2 hour earlier than normal.
  4. Aim for a ninety minute sleep cycle.
