Can you outlook actually change the world around you? The Panty Kickers say YES, take off those shit colored glasses and make moves!

Carolyn says:

  1. Everything in your life started with a thought, so changing your thoughts can make your life anything that you want it to be. Check your thoughts and see what’s really there. What’s driving you?
  2. Do you think things are happening TO you? Or are you the creator of your current situation? If you are the creator, then take responsibility and use your thoughts to make the next step.
  3. Use the “uh-uh bitch not today!” method of pushing away negative thoughts.

Becca says:

  1. Be a Katie! When you’re positive everyone want to be around you and connective energy will be on your side.
  2. Beat down your little negative thoughts with a big powerful positive one.
  3. Have a self meeting every morning. Give yourself 20 or so minutes to sit quietly and plan your day – organizing everything in a way that makes sense while paying attention to how you feel.

A couple more takeaways:

  1. Take charge! Don’t let the day RUN you.
  2. Be aware if you are trying to mask your thoughts with pointless distractions.

Homework:  Take a week and do a self check in every morning and see if having your day better planned helps you achieve a more positive outlook.
